So to note this, let me tell you:

Riley is a gender neutral name. They can be a guy, and they can be a girl. Also, the translation to non-gender neutral callings is possibly because the language doesn't have a gender neutral alternative, thus not supporting much of the theory of Riley being female. So for now, until or unless stated, let Riley's gender be a mystery. However, it's up to you to make your headcanon on them. Just don't edit the article without official confirmation, as this is a Canon wiki.

Probably the anthro version of what Riley can look like.

In my thoughts Riley is basically a human with dark brown medium length hair and the normal teen outfit stuff (hooded jackets, t-shirts, you name it) since their gender isn't revealed. (I know my Riley is boring.)
