Amanda the Adventurer Wiki

The unnamed Hameln Director is the head of Hameln Entertainment. After acquiring Amanda the Adventurer from Sam Colton, he performed tests on his adopted daughter and voice actor of Amanda, Rebecca Colton, most likely in an attempt to summon something demonic.

Appearance[]

The Director is a tall, balding Caucasian man with dark combed hair who wears a black suit with a tie, though the video quality from the Blue Tape makes it difficult to make out his facial features.

History[]

After the live-action Amanda the Adventurer became a hit in Kensdale, the Director approached Sam about turning it into a cartoon and promoting it nationally, which excited Sam.[1] Hameln would go through with purchasing the show.

Later, at Hameln's Headquarters, Rebecca would record lines with the director, with Sam accompanying them. However, the script that Rebecca read contained odd, repeated phrases, with the director reassuring Sam that it's to "train the technology's dynamic voice reaction." Then, Rebecca hears a "man in the headphones" which makes Sam more uncomfortable and wants the session to stop.[2]

At some point, the director interviewed Rebecca and had her sign a contract, with a scientist taking notes as they did. This was probably to allow them to gain custody of Rebecca to continue their experiments.[3]

When Sam disappeared, Hameln released a written statement, claiming that he abandoned the show and Rebecca, and that they "cannot speculate on his reasons for leaving."[4]
