Transcript[]

A hand is seen before a white background before it quickly cuts to Amanda outside, next to a picnic table.

  • Amanda: "Hi, I'm Amanda!"

Wooly slides into frame.

  • Amanda: "Isn't it nice to be out—"
  • Wooly: "And I'm Wooly! [winks]"

Amanda angrily screams and jumps on top of Wooly. He struggles as she pulls around his neck. The video cuts to the two standing next to each other.

  • Amanda: "Hi, I'm... No! I don't want you here! Don't you get that!?"
  • Wooly: "But, Amanda, I'm your best friend!"
  • Amanda: "My best friend!? All you do is get on—!"

The video cuts.

  • Amanda: "Hi, I'm Amanda!"
  • Wooly: "And I'm Wooly!"
  • Amanda: "Today, we are working on a very special project! It's a project that will take a lot of patience."
  • Wooly: "Patience is a very good quality to have."

Amanda glares at Wooly. He sadly looks away.

  • Amanda: "Patience is a very good quality to have. It means staying calm even when something, or someone, [turning toward Wooly] bothers you over and over again. [looks at the camera; takes a deep breath] Today we are building a birdhouse so more birds will come to the yard!"
  • Wooly: "Why are we out here before the sun is up? It's so dark outside!"
  • Amanda: "Well, this project is going to take a long time. Have a little patience, Wooly!"
  • Wooly: "Well I still think we could use a flashlight or something. I'm going to bump into something!"
  • Amanda: [irritated] "You can go back inside if you want. You don't have to be out here with me. [to Riley] What's something you have built that took a lot of patience? [waits for a response] Why would you waste your time doing that?"
  • Wooly: "...I can't wait to see what birds come to visit!"
  • Amanda: [to Riley] "What's your favorite kind of bird?"

A five-letter prompt appears.

If the player types "Caged":

  • Amanda: "What do you mean?"
  • Wooly: "Uhhhh-my favorite kind of bird is a pigeon!"
  • Wooly: "They walk funny! Hehe..."
  • Wooly: "Coo! Coo!"
  • Wooly: "Coo?"
Cricket sound starts playing.

If the player types any other word:

  • Amanda: "I like those, too!"

  • Amanda: "Let's get started! The first thing we have to do is cut the lengths of the wood to the right size! What tool should we use for that?"

Overhead shot of a screwdriver, hammer, and saw on a picnic table.

If the player clicks the wrong tool:

  • Amanda: "How would we cut wood with that?"

After the second time:

  • Amanda: "Guess it's a good thing we're learning about patience today."

After the third time, marks appear where the wrong tools were.

  • Amanda: "What can we use to cut the wood?"

After clicking the saw:

  • Amanda: "Right! We'll use the saw to cut the wood!"

The sound of a saw cutting through is heard for a moment. Cut to Amanda holding the saw.

  • Wooly: "Um... Amanda, shouldn't we have some kind of supervision when we're using tools?"
  • Amanda: "Thanks for the tip, Wooly! Now let's cut that wood! You have to have a lot of patience and make sure you measure everything before you—"

Cut to later in the morning. The sun has risen and there is more wood on the table.

  • Amanda: "Wow, that was hard work!"

The Opossum appears on the bottom of the table. It is soon noticed by Wooly before it disappears.

  • Amanda: "Okay, now we have to put the pieces together with nails. What tool should we use for that?"

Overhead shot of a wrench, nail gun, and measuring tape on a picnic table.

If the player clicks the wrong tool:

  • Amanda: "I guess you could use that, but there's a better tool."

After the second time:

  • Amanda: "Look, I'm doing my best to have patience with you."

After the third time, marks appear where the wrong tools were.

  • Amanda: "What can we use to put the pieces together?"

After clicking the nail gun:

  • Amanda: "That's right! We'll use the nail gun to attach the pieces! [shoots the gun at Wooly, who ducks] Pew pew pew!"

Cut to later in the morning. Amanda sits in front of the table where an assembled birdhouse sits. The Opossum appears behind Amanda and steals a plank of wood.

  • Amanda: "This project is taking a long time, and we have to do everything very carefully. What does it help to have—"
  • Wooly: "Patience!"
  • Amanda: [disregards Wooly; stands up; to Riley] "Come on! You've got this! [waits for a response] That's right! Patience!"
  • Wooly: "That's what I just said..."
  • Amanda: "Now it's time for some color. Let's paint the birdhouse!"

Overhead shot of buckets of blue, red, and pink paint on a picnic table.

If the player clicks either paint:

  • Amanda: "I love red/lavender/blue! Okay, now what tool should we use to paint the birdhouse?"

Overhead shot of a paintbrush, hammer, and scissors on a picnic table.

If the player clicks the wrong tool:

  • Amanda: "I think that would get pretty messy."

After the second time:

  • Amanda: "Okay, I get it. The theme is patience."

Close-up of Amanda.

  • Amanda: [distorted] "It doesn't mean you have to keep testing MINE!"

The wrong tools are replaced with paintbrushes.

  • Amanda: "What tool should we use to paint the birdhouse?"

If the player chose incorrectly in the previous scenes, they are given a secret tape.'

After clicking the paintbrush:

  • Amanda: "Good job!"

Cut to Amanda painting the birdhouse. The Opossum approaches her and Wooly.

  • Amanda: "This is going to be so pretty!"

Wooly screams as the Opossum jumps on top of him. It moves to the table.

  • Wooly: "What the!?"
  • Amanda: "Okay, this patience thing is going too far! [to Riley] Get him to go away!

The Opossum aims for the paint.

After clicking the Opossum, it sets down the paint before walking off.

  • Amanda: [sighs] "I'm getting really sick of that guy. Come on, let's paint this birdhouse!"

If the player doesn't click the Opossum, He picks up the paint bucket and splashes paint all over Amanda and Wooly:

  • Amanda: "Ohhh! What a mess! I don't even want to do this anymore! FORGET IT!"
  • Wooly: "Come on Amanda, how about a little PATIENCE?"
  • Amanda: (Growls)
  • Wooly: Hehe... let's get cleaned up and paint this birdhouse!

Cut to the painted birdhouse propped on a pole.

  • Amanda: "Wow, that looks great! Now we just need to be patient while we wait for some birds to show up and use the house!"

Three birds land on the birdhouse.

  • Wooly: "Look! They're so pretty. And their chirps are so... quiet, so... peaceful."

The Masked Figure contacts Riley on their radio while solving the puzzle.

  • Masked Figure: [over radio] "Hey Riley? I think I saw something out here, but it was too fast for me to really see. Be on the lookout for that... creature... I told you about. We don't need to run into that... thing."

Amanda and Wooly continue looking for a moment before a cat climbs a tree and lands on the fence.

  • Amanda: "Another activity that takes a lot of patience is hunting! Look at Ms. Cat hunting the birds! She is being very patient."

Ms. Cat glides to the left, getting in position to pounce.

  • Wooly: "She's getting really close to the pretty birds, Amanda... Should we warn them?"

Three kittens roll along the fence, joining Ms. Cat.

  • Amanda: "What do you think? Should we warn the birds or let Ms. Cat keep going? Ms. Cat and her family have to eat after all."

If the player clicks the birds, they fly away. Ms. Cat jumps and falls to the ground, accompanied by a boom sound. Her kittens gather around her and she gets up. Ms. Cat and her kittens wander away.

  • Amanda: [sarcastically] "Wow, Wooly, great idea to warn the birds."
  • Wooly: "I- I- I- I didn't mean—!"
  • Amanda: "And now nobody's using the birdhouse. We're going to have to sit here all day waiting for them to come back."
  • Wooly: "That's going to take a lot of—"
  • Amanda: [playfully] "Don't say it..."
  • Wooly: "...Patience!"
Amanda playfully chases after Wooly. The tape ends with Hameln Entertainment's logo.

If the Player chooses Mrs. Cat

  • Amanda: See how she stalks them slowly... She's showing a lot of patience...

Mrs. Cat pounces and catches one of the birds and the kittens run towards her and then a zoom in of the dead bird is shown then she drops it and the kittens eat it

  • Amanda: What a good mama cat!
  • Wooly: I think I'm going to be sick...
The tape ends with Hameln Entertainment's logo.
