"Making New Friends", also known as Episode 3 on the tape's spine, is the third and last tape from Amanda the Adventurer: Pilot Episode. It is found behind the couch after watching "Going to the Store".
Synopsis[]
After the events of the previous episodes, the viewer sees Amanda who wants to go home.
Transcript[]
The episode starts with Amanda standing in a front yard, a pile of wool is next to her. It's nighttime.
- Amanda: "It's dark out. Let's go home."
If the player clicks the jungle gym, Amanda points at the house.
- Amanda: "Home!"
Clicking it again causes it, the moon, and a tree to disappear. Amanda looks menacing.
- Amanda: "Click the house!"
After clicking the house, Amanda is shown on its porch.
- Amanda: "Knock on the door!"
If the player clicks the window:
- Amanda: "I want to go inside!"
Clicking it again causes it to disappear.
- Amanda: "Let me in...!"
After clicking the door, the sound of knocking, as if it were behind the viewer, is heard. As the door opens, Amanda's body contorts.
- Amanda: [heavily distorted] "Let me in!"
Note: Viewers may hear something different due to the distortion, such as "[Wooly,] We're home!" or "Say 'Hello!'"
Amanda is replaced by a silhouette filled with static. A five-letter prompt appears. No matter what the player begins to type, the text glitches. The TV switches off, revealing the reflection of a tall, gray, multi-eyed creature that almost resembles Amanda. Cut to black.
Afterward, the game's end credits roll.

Trivia[]
- Clicking the door first makes the video seamlessly—without static—cut to the door opening, making the window randomly disappear. This is most likely due to the assumption the player would answer incorrectly.
